New Vintage
We present to you, the red waves of the Merlot lees from our 2020 vintage.
It is a natural deposit which is created at the bottom of the tank and which is more important in cold weather. To remove this deposit, we carry out a racking in order to recover the wine. This racking takes place several times a year and is one of the important elements in the aging of our 2020 vintage.
